Do not choose the business. Choose the Tuesday you are willing to repeat.
Ten weeks follow. None of them is named, because the name is what people pick. Every one is an ordinary week: nothing happened, nobody replied, there was no launch.
Score each week twice
Willingness, one to five. Could you keep doing this for three years, on the days you did not feel like it?
Evidence, nought to two. Have you actually done it? Nought never. One sometimes. Two repeatedly.
Answer quickly. The first instinct is usually the honest one, and eleven minutes of deliberation only lets you talk yourself into the week you wish you wanted.
Every week, scored
Fit does not mean fun. Choose your boring.
Every business becomes repetitive. The point is not to remove discipline. It is to pick the repetition you can still carry once the excitement has gone.
Discipline should run the right model. Not spend ten years rescuing the wrong one.
